For Imam Farooq Aboelzahab to be able to officiate your marriage, you must first have a marriage license from your local court. Imam will fill, complete, and submit it to the court since the State of Ohio licenses him to officiate the civil marriage along with the Islamic license, which is available at the Imam’s office.
